41 South to exit #131 (exit County Road JJ or Winneconne Avenue) - right onto County Road JJ (West); approximately 3 miles down on left side, before Highway 76.

Directions from the South:
41 North to exit #124 (exit Highway 76 or Jackson Street) - left onto 76(North); turn right onto County Road JJ at stop lights, clinic is on the right side.

The sign out front says Great Lakes Vet Clinic (small animal clinic). Great Lakes Equine Wellness Center is located in the back.
