GLEWC has a 24-hour emergency care service available all days
of the year. If you would call outside of our business hours,
you would reach an after-hours emergency phone service that will
page the doctor on call and then you will be immediately phoned
after the page is received. Our doctors can travel to your farm
(if it is within our practice range) or you can bring you horse
to our full-service clinic. An emergency fee will be charged
after 5pm or before 8am on weekdays or anytime on weekends or
holidays.
In the case of an emergency dial our regular number
920-779-4444. Our service will page a doctor for you.

 Your horse is our greatest concern. In the event of illness
or injury, the horse owner should be prepared to care for their
horse until the veterinarian arrives. Every horse owner should
have a first aid kit that should be readily available.
